Shipping & Deliveries
We basically offer you two options for shipping. For smaller deliveries we use DHL. For larger deliveries we use the forwarding service cargoboard. On this page you will find all relevant information on all types of deliveries you will receive from us.
Option 1: Shipping with DHL
For smaller deliveries, we use DHL to ship your goods. Shipping via DHL costs a flat rate of €8.49 for all orders that can be sent as a parcel. However, if your ordered product is considered bulky goods due to its dimensions, the price increases to a flat rate of 28€ for bulky goods transportation via DHL (e.g. for the Superwall). The shipping time is usually 3-5 working days.
Option 2: Shipping by forwarding agent (cargoboard)
If your ordered goods require shipping by a forwarding agent, the costs for this are a flat rate of €98.
Shipping procedure
Items that are considered bulky goods due to their size or weight are shipped by the forwarding company
Cargoboard
to your desired destination. The delivery time for shipping depends on the delivery location.
The process at a glance:
- After you have placed your order, the collection order is sent to the forwarding agent
Cargoboard
and the goods are collected. - You will receive a tracking number from Cargoboard and can easily track your shipment.
- After arrival in the destination region, Cargoboard will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail in good time.

Is there a shipment tracking system?
To access Cargoboard’s shipment tracking, simply visit the page

. After entering the zip code and consignment number, you can view the status of your consignment here. You will receive the consignment number by e-mail; we will also be happy to provide you with this on request.
What can I do if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
It is possible to grant Cargoboard a parking permit. If required, this additional service can be booked through us. You as the recipient can also use this service at the

Can I arrange the delivery date by telephone?
Yes, Cargoboard offers the option of arranging the delivery date by telephone. However, this service is only available if it has been booked with Cargoboard. If not, the service can also be booked through us at a later date. This additional booking should be reported at least one day before delivery.

Is delivery free kerbside?
Delivery is free kerbside as standard. This means that delivery is made to the desired address, but only to the kerbside.
