Infrared heating novelty

Infrared heating novelty

Infrared heating novelty with cozy warmth of the carbon heating color. Our innovative infrared heater in panel form with an elegant colored aluminium frame, infinitely variable temperature control and remote control. Weighs only 1200 grams, is only 12 mm thick and generates 100% radiant heat!

No hot surfaces, no risk of burns!

The maximum plate temperature is 60°C and can be easily regulated with a remote control! Our heating panel is powered by a 24 – 48 V power supply unit with direct current (no electrosmog). The connection is made via a normal socket. The amperage varies between 150 – 240 watts. The heating panel consists of a special high-strength PUR/PIR core with an integrated reflective foil and cardboard fleece on both sides. This design prevents heat loss on the back and guarantees 100% infrared heat radiation on the front! Due to the high insulating effect of the Superwall panel and the integrated aluminum foil, the maximum temperature is reached after just a few seconds. That saves energy!

What’s special about our infrared heating with heating paint?

Our radiant heating system does away with the usual heating or front panel. This plate is often made of ceramic, glass, marble or mirror, which is first heated to high temperatures (up to 120°C). Only then is the heat from the front panel emitted as infrared radiation. The structure of our infrared heating consists of just 2 elements, the carrier plate with insulation, reflective foil and carbon heating coating. The support element is our high-strength Superwall panel with a thickness of just 10 mm. Our TÜV-certified carbon heating paint (without wires) is applied to the front in a layer just 0.5 mm thick. We finish the factory black surface with your desired color or with a sealant of your choice.

How our infrared heating works.

The heating coating applied to the entire surface of the carrier plate is supplied with 24-48 V direct current via 2 parallel current strips and serves as an ohmic resistor. The resulting infrared heat is radiated 100% without losses. Heating to more than 60°C is not necessary. The size of the heating plate (1.25 x 0.8 m) ensures homogeneous heat distribution. to the store

Cellar wall drying with carbon heating paint

Cellar wall drying with carbon heating paint

Carbon heating paint for basement wall drying simplifies the renovation of damp basement walls with just one coat! Infrared heating reliably ensures dry masonry.

No water from outside, basement wall damp. And that in summer!

A common cause of damp and wet walls is the temperature difference between the room air and the wall surface. In most cases, the masonry of a cellar lies in the cold ground and is not insulated. The surface temperature of the wall is often no more than 14°C, even in summer. If the summer temperature is now well above 25°C, condensation will form on the wall due to the increased ambient temperature. The result is a damp wall. This condensation does not only occur in the cellar, but on every wall with high temperature differences. Cellar wall drying is then necessary to prevent mold growth or structural damage.

Carbon wall heating provides a remedy!

The cold wall surfaces are dried with Superwall heating panels before the heating paint is applied. And it does so completely silently and with extremely low energy consumption.

For cellar wall drying with carbon heating paint, the affected area is painted with carbon heating paint, fitted with a wall sensor and thermostat and connected to a 48 volt power supply unit. The maximum temperature is set to 18°C on the thermostat. The switch-on temperature is programmed to 14°C. If the wall temperature now falls below 14°C, the thermostat switches the heating surface on and off again when the set 18°C is reached. The walls remain permanently dry and the power consumption is also very low thanks to the interval switching.

This type of cellar wall drying is not just limited to the cellar. Wherever the problem of cold surfaces needs to be solved, the heated coating is used. Let us advise you!

Heating paint with TÜV certificate

Heating paint with TÜV certificate

Heating paint with TÜV certificate!

The first heating paint with TÜV certification is now in use. Based on our many years of experience with carbon heating, we have two heating colors for use. The high-end colors with 5 or 10 Ohm for large-area low-temperature infrared heating are used. They are easy to apply with a paint roller, have very high adhesion to many substrates, a hard surface and are low-emission.

Heating colors tested by TÜV-Süd and certified in 2019.

With our innovative heating coating, it is possible to realize very large heating surfaces. The largest heating surface to date with only 2 power strips is 28 m², divided into 215 cm width and 1304 cm length or 304 cm x 922 cm. The heat output of these surfaces is 1400 watts. This opens up new dimensions in heating, because the larger the heating surface, the more effective and economical the infrared heater works! Our heating paint system consists of various components such as paint, controls and accessories. You can find more information about infrared heating with heating coating here
