Right of Cancellation for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.)

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly, or
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, or
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the first goods, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You can also exercise your right of cancellation online under Cancel contract (https://rebotherm.de/widerruf/). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information on the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you have sent your cancellation declaration via the cancellation right function (the so-called "cancellation button") before the deadline expires.

In addition, you can exercise your right of cancellation by informing us (Rebotherm Energy UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ballindamm 3, 20095 Hamburg, Germany, Phone number: +4915903539466, Email address: info@rebotherm.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the cancellation form below this cancellation policy, which is not mandatory.

In this case, to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Rebotherm Energy Holger Rinas, Schümannweg 1 A; 24568 Kaltenkirchen without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties, and functionality.
